What to do when the ex won’t let you see your kid?
Hey guys, I just got an email from a dad that hasn’t seen his son in 5 months. His ex won’t let him. He tries to call her, but she won’t answer the phone, he tries to give her money and all, but she won’t let him get near him. He is desperate and wants to see his son. He asked me in the email for some direction. I suggested getting a lawyer and all, but I can’t recommend one. I also mentioned that he could go to social services to find out information and possibly legal measures he could do. I know that a lot of you have gone through the same thing. Go to the self help at court if he does not have the money as in my case. She hired someone and now going in 3 months in front of a judge. I still did not hired anyone but I have her nasty emails phone calls and the same she has my kids send me. This is not the first time. My battle still goes on he needs to keep notes with dates and times. Is it court ordered to see them ? If it is Contempt of court. This is the second time for my ex will find out. He has to keep the faith and as the army taught me set the example. And it does hurt I go from rage to a baby crying . Not all women do this but sadly a lot do just to get even , Sometimes as in my case over nothing. But he has to keep track of everything trust nothing to memory
